1. How do I get an RMA number
Fill out the RMA form and E-mail it to our office. An RMA # will be E-mailed back to you within 24 hours.

If you still need help with a repair or have any questions, send an E-mail or call +31 24 39 87 44. We will be available from Monday till Friday 5pm till 9pm (Europe - Amsterdam time).

2. How do I send my receiver?

Please Do Not send in any equipment for repair Until you receive a RMA number!

Sending your receiver is your responsibility. We recommend that you insure your package with TNT sending certain package. You need the RMA form which can be found on our website and fill it in and send it along with the satellite receiver. Make sure your receiver is properly wrapped up. This is a secure feeling that your receiver can not get damage during shipping. If we need to replace the packaging box due to unsafe sending, we are forced to charge extra fees!

3. How long does the repair take and when will I get my receiver back?
In most cases, your receiver will be repaired the same day. Immediately after repair you receive an Email invoice. After we have received your payment, your receiver will be returned. If it is not clear what the problem of your receiver is, it may take longer to repair. We offer Flat Rate Repairs on most units. (See  Repair Cost.)

4. Where should I be sending my tuner?

5. How do I know if the power supply fails?
If the light on the display sign is off, and the device no longer turns on, then this probably means that the power supply has a failure.

6. Who is paying for shipping ?
After the receiver has been repaired the return shipping charges will be added to the total invoice. You pay for shipping both ways.

Note - If the receiver is un-repairable you will have two options:

1. Leave the receiver with us & no extra charges.
2. Or we ship back the receiver Un-repaired & you only pay the shipping charges before the receiver is shipped back to you.

7. Can I bring my own receiver ?
Yes you can. You will need to make an appointment! Send an email here with your phone number and we'll call you back for an appointment or make an appointment online here!

8. Repair Warranty ?
We give 3 months repair Warranty! If the receiver is Out of repair Warranty your cost will be as listed in the Repair Cost page plus return shipping charges.

Test the repaired unit thoroughly; if the repair is not performed correctly then we can reexamine the unit before the end of the warranty.

9. Payment ?
Once your receiver is ready, we'll send you an e-mail. You should then make the payment. When your payment is received, we will send your receiver directly to you. Payment by bank or PayPal.

If any invoice or any advance bill remains unpaid, satellite repair has the right to suspend further work and recipients do not return to you.

10. How do I pay for the satellite repair ?
After your receiver has been estimated for repair we will E-mail you a total of repair cost & shipping charges. The unit will be shipped back via UPS.

The orders will be paid by PayPal only. When the unit is repaired a PayPal Invoice with shipping charges added will be sent to you for payment. The Receiver will be shipped 24 hours after payment is received.

11. Which brands of satellite receivers do you repair ?
Adimo, AllStb, Arion, Denson, Digitall World, Dreambox, Homecast, Humax, Inverto, Medion, Lemon, Next Wave, Philips, Pioneer, SAB Explorer, Samsung, Strong, Thomson, Topfield.

We don’t repair EchoStar satellite receivers!
