1. How do I get an RMA number If you still need help with a repair or have any questions, send an E-mail or call +31 24 39 87 44. We will be available from Monday till Friday 5pm till 9pm (Europe - Amsterdam time). 2. How do I send my receiver? Please Do Not send in any equipment for repair Until you receive a RMA number! Sending your receiver is your responsibility. We recommend that you insure your package with TNT sending certain package. You need the RMA form which can be found on our website and fill it in and send it along with the satellite receiver. Make sure your receiver is properly wrapped up. This is a secure feeling that your receiver can not get damage during shipping. If we need to replace the packaging box due to unsafe sending, we are forced to charge extra fees! 3. How long does the repair take and when will I get my receiver back? 4. Where should I be sending my tuner? 5. How do I know if the power supply fails? 6. Who is paying for shipping ?
Note - If the receiver is un-repairable you will have two options: 1. Leave the receiver with us & no extra charges. 7. Can I bring my own receiver ? 8. Repair Warranty ? Test the repaired unit thoroughly; if the repair is not performed correctly then we can reexamine the unit before the end of the warranty. 9. Payment ? If any invoice or any advance bill remains unpaid, satellite repair has the right to suspend further work and recipients do not return to you. 10. How do I pay for the satellite repair ? The orders will be paid by PayPal only. When the unit is repaired a PayPal Invoice with shipping charges added will be sent to you for payment. The Receiver will be shipped 24 hours after payment is received. 11. Which brands of satellite receivers do you repair ? We don’t repair EchoStar satellite receivers!
